Skáli is first and foremost about offering home-style, contemporary, and comforting cuisine. It's also about showcasing local produce from Saint Wandrille in Upper Normandy and the surrounding countryside.
Skáli refers to the Viking conquests in Normandy—an era that left a subtle mark on local culture, particularly in place names. In Old Norse, skáli means “the common hall.” It was the chieftain’s house, where grand feasts and festive gatherings took place. A name that resonates perfectly with a restaurant where the art of good food is celebrated every day.

"Gastronomy is the art of using food to create happiness."

PUSH
THE DOOR
A warm space where wood, greenery and natural light create a unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere.
A large room opening onto the landscape, a more intimate lounge-bar, and the terrace in good weather - Each corner has its own character.
In the kitchen as in the dining room, everything is carefully considered: handcrafted ceramic tableware, Norman linen tablecloths. Local, we said.
